I've had the continuous support from my team, the leadership team and other departments I collaborate with. Nothing concerning comes to mind, we've got a lot to do in order to become even more successful and at times that's a lot to take on board. We're conscious of how we need to communicate and update our people but that's easier said than done. We have a mindset to be the best and sometimes that means we need to make swifter decisions and be more intentional about where we are going. Fortunately, what I'm saying is already being picked up. I also have the confidence that the future way of working will be different post pandemic and we will have a more flexible and agile approach to support our employees balancing work and life responsibilities.
