Disgusting management, over worked and underpaid. Little to no appreciation. Sales are the only department the company actually care about as they are the ones who generate the money. A team of managers who are all best friends and only promote their friends instead of actually seeking talent outside of their friendships. Horrible working atmosphere and no incentives .. again only if you work in sales
