They fire employees every year under the guise of PIP during the appraisal cycle so they don't have to give hikes and bonuses to employees. This year, they also fired 25 people for no reason or whatsoever. It will mostly be a forced resignation. They should at least inform earlier before forcing a resignation.

Good work environment for freshers. People are good and helpful
