Low Pay - Recensione dipendente - Teachers Aide presso Allen ISD

LOW PAY. I am at the midpoint of pay with this district and i just discovered that Allen's midpoint rate is the starting rate at another district. I have also been underpaid while taking on teachers duties in a new job title WITHOUT a teacher's supervison. They will take advantage of you here. My inquiry to have my pay raised has not even been acknowledged.
