Thank you for your feedback, and specifically for your clarity around our need to provide more information regarding how to have a great career here as a Research Associate. The HR team is working with the Business Unit Operations Leaders to create a strong job family grid. Our goal is to provide a full job family grid for Research Associates before year end 2020, and train our people on how to use this to have a career development discussion.
