The work environment is good and the people are wonderful. They only expect 37.5 hours to be fulltime and in the time of Covid working remote is very possible.

There isn't anyone in the firm who understands the advantages of bespoke software, so they rely on out of the box solutions. The attorneys would rather pay for a generic solution than get something that fits their unique needs. As such, they really don't need a software developer. BUT if they go that route, they also need to understand what tools they have which may not continue to function moving forward.
