ACN provides the engineering resources to incubators and early stage startups. Employees have a lot of autonomy and input, we work as a team. This is a very respectful environment, where senior management puts employees before profits.

No cons... if you like the incubator/early stage startups. It isn't for everyone. Starting from a blank slate and building along with the company, founders and vision.
