If you truly value your mental health, self respect, and career growth, avoid this “company” at all costs. The work itself isn’t difficult, but the toxic management creates an unbearably stressful environment filled with micromanagement, gaslighting, and broken promises. It’s honestly shocking how they’ve managed to make a remote job so stressful. The pay is an absolute joke. I’m positive I could work at any McDonald’s and make a more livable wage. They offer minimal benefits, nothing beyond what any basic company would provide, and certainly not enough to justify the unbearable work environment. SDRs are given clients while being completely set up for failure. There were days when many employees, including myself, had no data for days, yet we were still expected to hit our numbers. and SOMEHOW, they still had the audacity to raise quotas. Management does nothing but lie, misleading clients while forcing employees to stay silent. SDRs are thrown onto 3-4 campaigns with no training and expected to make calls immediately, leading to inevitable frustration and burnout. They pressure workers to engage with staged LinkedIn posts to maintain a completely false image of success that couldn’t be further from reality. Behind closed doors, management disrespects and belittles their own team, fostering a culture of fear and deception. The high turnover rate speaks for itself. most employees don’t last more than six months. I’ve seen people last a few days because they see Alleyoop for who they really are. If you struggle with mental health, this place will only make it worse, draining you mentally and emotionally with its toxic environment. There are companies that will value and respect you, and this is not one of them. No matter how much they try to manipulate their public image, the truth is catching up to them, and soon, there won’t be enough smoke and mirrors to hide behind. Stay far away, you’ll thank yourself later.
