Very flexible and understanding between work and life balance

There are no cons within the company

I loved my team, I loved my work, and my direct managers were awesome! I loved the flexibility to work from home.

Speaking only on a corporate level, this company restructures and revamps A LOT and this frequently leads to many very good and loyal team members losing their jobs through no fault of their own. It's disheartening to put so much into your job only to be discarded.
