Opportunities to move up are not substantial. There is a good ol' boy network. There is almost no diversity. The meetings are terribly wasteful. This company does not like it when employees have a personal life. Women taking maternity leave often do not return, and if they do, they eventually quit because having a family life outside work is frowned upon.
