There was a lot of backstabbing and talking behind people's backs, especially when it comes to talking about the newbies. There wasn't a sense of teamwork, but more the blame game. Senior management is quick to blame their team members instead of offering help and guidance. Instead of managers telling you directly what they were unhappy with and how you can improve next time, the managers would go directly to your boss. Senior management love using newbies as scapegoats for their own mistakes and lack of due diligence.
