      Small teams mean lots of interaction with senior engineers. Great location downtown Vancouver. Lots of cross-discipline work.

      Few opportunities for promotion. Nature of consulting means that promises made by management are often broken related to professional development.

      Engineer in Atlanta - thank you for your post. I'm glad you feel that we care because we do! You directly impact your own and other's lives here at Allnorth and at our clients. For that, thank you. As we grow, we will become more common place in more clienst in the US, that I can promise you. Just last week we had great meetings with a large Fibre and Chemicals provider that we hope to deliver projects to from coast to coast in the lower 49.

      Sstarted a new role at Allnorth and am very impressed by the training and onboarding process. Everyone has been very helpful and has been great at making themselves available. 30-60-90 day plans are clear and management and trainers have included me in the process. And you can bring your dog to the office!
