We show loyalty to our employees in many ways. Last year, we paid for various certifications for 60+ employees. We also have a robust tuition reimbursement program. AlloSource absorbs the majority of health care cost increases each year rather than passing those on to employees. Among many other benefits for employees that manifest loyalty, AlloSource offers 403b matching contributions for those employees with over one year of service. We hold Milestone banquets for employees reaching 5, 10, 15, 20, 25-year employment tenures, with a travel package or sizeable check for 20-year milestone employees.
