I've had mostly positive experiences with the people working in this company. It has a very mixed bag of personalities. Some co-workers are very welcoming. Some like to sit in their corner and mind their own business which is perfectly fine. Office environment is very clean. There is a nice open gym area that not many use. There is plenty of exciting work in the CAD specialist position but always ensure your work is noticeable or you won't be acknowledged.

Worked almost 6 years and only given a raise once, that too was divided in half. I was made to work for the other half over the next 8 months. This just felt a little unfair as my salary was already hit hard by inflation over those years. The job market offered me a significantly better rate. I wish I left earlier. I politely resigned and left on a good note.
