Everyone at the company is very nice and helpful, which makes getting assistance with the job easy. The company is very flexible with any time you may need off and they provide plenty of work from home days as well. The customer service department sets you up for an easy advancement within the company to any positions that may interest you. Some of the individuals you speak to are very friendly and appreciative of Allsup's services.

The job requires constantly speaking to individuals who are upset about their SSDI claim. While some people seem to very much appreciate Allsup, many of them do not understand how the company operates and complain to the customer service employees, despite there not being anything we can change. There are often deadlines on tasks that are not completed in time as well. It is understandable due to the amount of claimants, however the deadlines could be extended to reflect an accurate timeline for tasks being completed. At first glance, it does seem shady to collect money from people applying for disability benefits so it is very uncomfortable to tell people, who are already struggling, that they will be owing us a fee. The job is very monotonous.
