      Dynamic company. Fast moving, Passionate staff. People are very loyal and committed to the company. Incredibly innovative leader.

      No real cons. Some people are not able for the fast paced nature of a privately held company but those who love it really do.

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
