I loved my previous employment - a company I was at for nearly 5 years. However, coming up on my 3rd year at Alltrue, it doesn't compare. I had no idea companies such as Alltrue existed - genuine in its mission, caring of its employees and customers (literally employees wellbeing and customer satisfaction comes first, everything else is 2nd), led by 2 of the best individuals I have ever had the pleasure to meet who are always open to feedback, and filled with some of the most talented and kind people whom I consider friends. Every employee cares about the greater good at large. From planning beach clean up days to supporting one another for plastic free July- each employee is true to the cause and it just feels good to be around people every day who want to do good and care so much about the planet we live on as well as the people who live on it. Management is open to feedback, approachable and tries to ensure a work/life balance.

As with any successful startup, there is never a dull moment (which may be a pro to some)!
