I cannot think of much of pros except the pay was not bad by th market rate when I was employed

pay is late to often no system no product owner the software is buggy mess high turnover rate management is detached from developers which leads to miscommunication

You will not find any. Dont join this company if you had a stable job even if they offer you any good jump
