Mediocre top management with no experience of the industry. Czechs are playing power games which gets down to Director level. Lots of politics -favoritism towards friends of the shareholders impacts heavily a good part of the business. Processes which are followed only when convenient. No culture yet and no effort to form one. Salaries for the low end tend on the ridiculous side. Lots of meetings, little accountability. Toxic environment here and there.
