Extremely chaotic environment with constant changing priorities. The co- founders are not "people leaders" to say the least and likely should have stuck to building rather than leading an organization of 200. If it is was not so chaotic, it would almost be comical. Probably a really good time for the Board to start taking a closer look at just how well this organization is being lead. EQ and skills you would generally see in a CEO are not present. Leadership and thoughtful decision making is lacking and general morale amongst employees is at a massive low. Very much a say "yes" to anything culture even when it does not make sense. Constant pressure to cut corners to appease clients. One of the co-founders should focus more on how he is managing and leading and less getting involved with issues his direct reports and others were brought in to handle. Essentially no culture, constantly changing organization chart, lack of respect for employees in general.
