Administrative Officer - Recensione dipendente - Administrative Officer presso Alpha Academy

They hired me for Administrative Officer position, the main duty on job description is related to helping student prepare their Study permit/ Work permit (of course they charged high price for that), some work related to accounting, and also deal with the main campus and agents. But they asked me to do reception desk on my first day of work, and deal with student inquires (phone call and walk in), printing, find documents, and all these trivial work. There is no training, and endless after hour works. Some employees worked from 7am to 9 pm, and even in weekends. I didn't get it at first time, but later on I realized that most of their employees are without valid work permit, they couldn't find another job anywhere else. And the student in that school just fool around, the monitors in their mid-term totally didn't care that the student are talking and checking their phones. The students in that school just pay them to finish school and get a 3 year work permit after graduation. And one day they just told me that I don't need to come anymore without any reason. Don't torture yourself applying job in that school, you cannot learn anything, and it's just a waste of time and only get very low salary with no benefit.
