Great company if you prefer small companies. You will not have to deal with office politics or jumping through many hoops to get stuff done.

If you’re new to the industry you might have trouble learning new things. Because the company is so small there is no true training structure.

I had a disappointing experience with Alpha Management. The company does not support a healthy work-life balance, often expecting employees to prioritize work over personal commitments. At times, it felt as thoug management lacked empathy and understanding, and I even felt discriminated against during my time there. I cannot recommend working in such an environment.
