Awful culture. You sit downstairs and can hear the CEO shouting and swearing at employees in his office. Extremely high turnover. Expected to do tasks nothing to do with your job role and get shouted at if not completed properly. Changed working hours slightly to avoid giving staff pay rises where due
It was a nice school to work in, moved due to relocation not because unhappy. Like other independent schools worked in sometimes it feels like parents expect more of you than in state but that is obvious.
