Thank you for your review. As you will be aware, AlphaBiolabs operates in an extremely competitive environment, with high and constantly-changing customer expectations. We therefore have to respond swiftly to these requirements in order to remain a market leader, but we do appreciate that this demanding pace and rate of change may not suit everyone. Wherever there is an opportunity to develop our employees further, we do so, whether that be through formal training and qualifications, on-the-job development, or upskilling through cross-training initiatives. Career advancement and promotion also need to be within the context of business requirements, but we are proud that a significant number of colleagues have enjoyed considerable career progression during their time with us.
