      The company has sacrificed the team culture in the name of scale. There is a lack of collaboration compared to a few years ago due to several restructuring rounds and high workloads. Staff are not compensated fairly and salaries are misrepresented.

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
