serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited
Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.

Increasingly toxic and cutthroat culture. Pay is below market rate. Quality appears to be less of a leadership priority and there is extreme inconsistency in terms of internal talent. Lots of closed-door conversations happening by leadership. No feasible upward mobility if you didn't start at the right time a few years ago.
