1 the job itself. Not being harsh but it is simply not what it is advertised to be through the hiring process. Not consulting, not research, it’s a version of sales that is worse than any other sales role 2 the pay. Nowhere near equivalent to what you should be making for the hours you have to put in 3 the clients. Some are eh, most are truly brutal. We’re not partners to them we’re a piece of dirt on the bottom of their shoe 4 HR does like to act like they care but they just don’t fix the things that contribute to their horrible turnover rate

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
