To be transparent, the job does have its long days and low points. The typical day is already 8-6, so you have to make sure you're mentally prepared for that kind of workload. Finding work/life balance is a must.
Thing is, the leadership team are also people going through growing pains and learning curves. Feedback matters and will often times be heard. Realistically, I don't have any other cons to mention because it usually ends up getting fixed.
