We are not the average 9-5 business - like many professional services roles, we offer talented individuals a high-performance environment, which often comes with working longer hours where client projects require it.
We offer competitive benefits packages, which include generous time off allowance and wellness, as well as connectivity perks to ensure our employees have time off to rest and recharge. Outside of this, our financial compensation package consists of three elements: base salary, incentive pay, and company growth plan, which is designed to reward personal revenue impact.
Regarding your point around management - we offer our managers the unique opportunity to gain responsibility early in their careers. They are continually learning and optimizing their people management skills both on the job and through our training and professional development programme.
