let this be a warning to those applying/interviewing: I was notified that work hours for all teams (not just client service) are 8:30am-6:30pm only once I was given an offer (literally on the offer call). Feels super disingenuous on their part - they most likely know that many people would not be as happy to work 10 hours (incl lunch) for what seems like competitive rates on a regular 9-hour basis

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
