There is too much gossiping, favoritism, and some people don't pull their weight constantly, and some don't follow rules at all. Awful conduct for management in a few areas. Also co worker conduct relations too personal that shouldn't be happening, especially on 1st shift, makes work uncomfortable for others. And they never fix things. 🙄
