Toxic! workplace bullying is everywhere. When you bring it to your managers attention, you get blindsided with being fired. Suggestions for improvement and ideas are ignored. Safety is ignored. No consistency for how clients are to be treated. Huge amount of turnover in several departments. Poor management. Blatant preferential treatment of certain employees. Didn’t invest in valuable employees. Hundreds of hours of overtime during the busy season and no recognition for it. No bonuses either. Lack of training, outdated programs and systems. Move out of the last century.
