-Company provides a lot of paid holidays and time off, but never lets you use it. Don’t even think about taking a sick day.
-company gives up on employees and does not develop them further when they are underperforming.
-they fire without warning or giving valid and detailed explanation
-my personal experience with my store leader was awful. She picked favorites. She belittled and bullied me. Told me I was awful and that everyone hated me, and then every employee came to me telling me that wasn’t true.
-I put in my own two weeks notice and my store leader forced me out before my two weeks were up.
-the same store leader spent 40 minutes bullying me in a sit down conversation and would not let me get a word in. Then acted shocked when I put my notice in.
-they make changes last minute on higher up level and expect the store lever to just figure it out.
-they claim to care about their people, but it does not show in their actions.
-overall they have a lot of improvements to make. Every year they force us to take a great place to work survey and there is a lot of pressure to lie and say we’re happy on the survey when it is not true.
-company is not diverse. It’s all older white people making decisions up top. They have one person of color in upper management and use him as an example of how inclusive the company is even though it reflects no where else.
-there are so many better places to work in retail, I would avoid this place at all costs.
