Management is passive aggressive. You work 45 plus hours each week. Discount is ok, but for girls who only make a little more than minimum wage, the clothes are still super expensive. They want us to wear the brand but don't offer enough pay to take the blow for the amount of money it takes to buy one outfit. You are expected to run the store on minimal payroll and literally managers are running it 24/7 and doing all the responsibilities we rely on our associates to do. It DRAINS you. I am in school and trying to work here 45 plus hours a week. There is no work/life balance and you never get a weekend off. Other management is always wanting to SELL SELL SELL. I'm all for making sales goals but i'm not going to shove a pair of shoes in a customers face to buy or even an apparel item. Just an awful place to work and they don't appreciate all the hard work and constant hours you give. ALSO you only receive a 30 minute break no matter how many hours you work that day. I've worked 12 hours with only 30 minutes to eat. Talk about DRAINING.
