no respect for management. high management turnover. Underpaid Labor. Terrible scheduling. In my case district manager that had never seen me work ever would make calls to SM to threaten or discipline me. All while SM was completely confused due to I being one of the hardest workers in the building. Caused a lot of discomfort. One by one entire management team left. SM only remains with new hires.
