Inexperienced management. The CXO's are family and friends of each other and severely lacks the capability to make a product profitable. Facing acute financial problems and laid off some talent seniors. Fake promises every time, No job security If you are not a friend/relative of CXOs.

Strong sense of design — the overall look and feel of their products and as well as the interiors of the office, is genuinely impressive. Super cool work environment with a friendly, positive vibe. Feels like working with a family — supportive, genuine, and approachable team culture.

Growth is slow since they are building an ERP and working on large-scale AI initiatives — not an easy cup of tea, so progress naturally takes time. Employee retention is on the lower side, with team members changing more frequently than expected.
