      Some processes are not suitable for all regions due to different market & clients. Product road map & training needs to be shared across all regions and keep everyone informed for new product enhancements.

      It can be a real challenge, as a small global company, to keep all our team working together while still considering the important and real differences of how we operate in each region. This means that getting feedback from team members in global regions and time zones is important towards making sure we get this right. With time zone differences, it can be a challenge to accommodate live product demos, however the development team now make recordings of the sprint demos available in case you miss the fortnightly sessions. Please also reach out to the product managers if you have any questions about product development and upcoming releases. We are glad you’re enjoying being part of the team and that you can share openly and collaborate with the wider team.       I really enjoy working with the team and feel excited and passionate about the company's product and vision. With a global team, I often shift my work around to accommodate odd hours for meetings, but the flexibility and trust make maintaining a good work-life balance possible.

      Working remotely with a global team has its challenges (scheduling, time delays on day-to-day collaboration, can feel isolated, infrequent travel to get together with the team in person).

      Nothing. Just that I’ve kept up with a previous colleague and we wanted to post our reviews and save the time for any potential and future talent- to make sure it isn’t wasted and so they can apply it to a company they could have success and happiness with.

      Everything. It’s got the rating it has for a reason. Read the reviews. You will be underpaid, treated like rubbish, and coming to work miserable, daily. They tell you there is work life balance but just like everything else they said, it was a lie.
