      None whatsoever.. worse employment experience I have ever had

      I cannot think of a single positive to say about the place Dangerous work place Guidelines aren’t followed No care plans for any of the residents Recommendations by Doctors are not put into action The residents practical run the place No supervision for staff even when requested!! That’s just to start with

      Toxic work place manager are all incompetent pay is minimum training is adequate to to job not good enough to use it anywhere else. Abuse is rife and coverups a plenty Steer clear
