Very little investment in people development strategies and welfare, with very small to non existent benefits and no regard to mental health or building a healthy culture, fostering a trusting/safe to fail/nurturing and growth environment but instead allowing toxic people to engage in unacceptable behaviours and activity and shoving things under the rug without any regard to impact on people. HR actively engages in discrimination and bullying campaigns. Internal grievances and whistleblowing are non effective controls but used by HR and senior management in their advantage as in and when convenient with no regard to employment laws and regulations.
