Employees chastised for "not moving in the right direction," when that direction is set by the C Suite. Dying Culture - Learning and Development no longer a priority. No corporate level group to develop employees. Mostly remote workforce, and no one will turn on their cameras for human connection. 3 rounds of layoffs in one year, stock price in the toilet.
