What was once one of the best companies to work for has drastically changed over the past few years. Since the owner and top management changed, there have been multiple large-scale layoffs, often cutting people who deeply understood the product. Combined with a string of disastrous product decisions, the result is a chaotic environment where nobody seems to know what’s going on. Responsibility is diffused in true corporate fashion — problems are everywhere, but accountability is nowhere.
