End of 2016 new COO joined the company and then company started becoming worse. He fired all resources in pool in 2017 . And he fired managers, senior managers and HR team in Altimetrik. Your job will be safe only if your in billing else anytime you can get fired. There is respect for old employees in the company. They don't mind if old employees leaves the company even if they are in belling and best resources. Only limited clients are there for Altimetrik. Think twice before joining Altimetrik, else you will regret later.
