Altimetrik is a purely staffing company , no project or product managed by them There is no job security, if they have opening they will hire and if they don't have any openings they will fire with out any notice If we have worked hard for 5 years and we came to talent pool ,they will fire with in a one month saying that you are not billable.They are very cruel... Minimum of 3 to 5 people will get fired in a month Playground is a tool that CEO has introduced for hiring ,training and all , but many of the seniors don't what it is ...very pathetic situation I have lot of stories to tell . Please never ever join Altimetrik . I was a person who proudly say about all companies that I have worked .But here I couldn't see anything positive other than few small things.
