Before joining any company, few things am scared of is the project any good, and how is the work life balance after the offer letter is released, Please do your due deligence and reach out to ppl on on linkedin working in Altimetrik and ask about the project Here are my 2 cents 1.Client interview is before the offer release. 2.Almost no concept of bench, as project are long term 3.Pay is at competitive 4.Work life balance is really good in my project (Can vary from project to project, do you due deligence again)
