The company makes a huge deal about “diversity” but coincidentally every person of color on my team was let go. I watched maybe 6-7 people get fired before it was my turn. They didn’t even give a concrete reason why…. No warning, no performance plan, nothing. Coincidentally it was shortly after I revealed I had a (non visible) disability. So much for diversity! There’s also no job security…. Everyone is constantly on edge because of the frequent firings. Commission structure is not transparent at all and there were times I didn’t receive all the commission I was owed. The training is also not great and I suspect this is why they prefer to hire people with experience. There is extreme favouritism and honestly getting let go was the best thing that ever happened to me! I received another offer shortly after with higher pay at a company that’s a way better fit. I can’t imagine how those who weren’t so lucky dealt with being fired. Stay away from this company if you can! Everything they promise is truly too good to be true. Pay is better elsewhere anyways!

If you were concerned with your earnings, we trust that you raised the issue. If you believe you are owed a commission that was unpaid, this is essential that you reach out – you can email payroll and they will help you. Any error, if there is one, would be addressed promptly. We’re very happy for you that you have found a new role, and this will be exciting to begin a new chapter. Despite this review, we are in support of you in any way going forward – and wish you the best.

One of the more reputable recruiting firm. From the first meeting you could really sense they're overall professionalism. The entire recruiting process was thoroughly explained. Having dealt with many recruiters in the past I can safely say they're one of the better ones. Everyone that I've touched based with at Altis was extremely professional in not only providing information, but also providing constant updates to the recruiting process. What stands out most about Altis is that the people at the top genuinely care, not in a performative way, but in the kind that shows up in how decisions get made.
