Unrealistic Expectations: Excessive workloads and deadlines that are difficult, if not impossible, to meet without sacrificing personal well-being. 8. Poor Communication: Constant miscommunication between departments, teams, and leadership, leading to confusion and inefficiency. 9. Inadequate Tools and Resources: Lack of proper equipment, outdated software, or insufficient support to do the job effectively. 10. No Job Security: Constant restructuring, layoffs, or instability within the company leading to uncertainty about the future. 11.Unethical Practices: Engagement in dishonest or questionable business practices that conflict with employee values. 12. No Diversity or Inclusion: Altium is a company with little to no commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, leading to discrimination or lack of representation.
