Beyond that, they make an effort each month to organize a different activity that brings people together and creates opportunities to share some laughs. There’s room to grow if you perform well, and there’s also plenty of space for improvement - new ideas are welcome.

      Being a small company, it operates more like a startup, so things can change rapidly, and not everyone may enjoy that.
