      Amazing team—everyone is helpful. You also learn a lot in the process. Work-life balance here is a cult. Chances are given, and people are patient with new recruits. PTO is not challenged, hours are flexible, and you will not get a firm "No" if you have urgent personal issues.

Beyond that, they make an effort each month to organize a different activity that brings people together and creates opportunities to share some laughs. There’s room to grow if you perform well, and there’s also plenty of space for improvement - new ideas are welcome.
