We have access for all tax-related software (necessity) 5. Your work is different on daily basis --> you will grow fast 6. Reasonable hours in busy season (~55 hrs); for off-busy season: 8:30 - 5:30

      They make you work many hours, the benefits are not wonderful. There is no room for advancement
