Friendly people, laid back atmosphere, benefits are not bad, work is not hard to do, nice hardware to work with (and you get 3 monitors)

Pay is not the best, no training at all for the business side of things (insurance), some of the managers are hard to get in touch with, communication overall is not very good, no standards or documentation for code, hard to get any guidance or advice for coding, office can be very cliquish as someone else mentioned but people are still pretty friendly and open overall

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
